Description

Lead the design, architecture, and development of cloud-native services and platform solutions to support cloud strategy and migration to AWS.

Responsibilities

• Redesign legacy on-premises systems into scalable, resilient cloud-based solutions.
• Build and define best practices for common, reusable components.
• Ensure proper instrumentation for platform observability and adhere to AWS Well-Architected Frameworks.
• Participate in Scrum/Kanban delivery models using Jira to track stories, epics, and velocity.
• Oversee development teams and coach on best practices in a technical lead role.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proficiency in C# and .NET Core with full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years of designing and developing with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, and API Gateway.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 10+ years of experience with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• Experience with NoSQL, messaging (SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), and streaming (Kafka).
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Release Engineering, and Agile project delivery.
• 3+ years in a technical lead role overseeing development teams.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Experience with Confluent/MSK Kafka or specific RDS specializations.
