Description

You will lead technical development and architecture within an AWS environment, overseeing delivery quality and coaching engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop distributed, decoupled systems using AWS services and messaging platforms.
• Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to ensure scalable and secure infrastructure.
• Implement modern DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery practices.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proficiency in C# and .NET Core with full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, API Gateway, and RDS.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 10+ years of experience with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• Strong experience with messaging services including SQS, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with streaming via Kafka and caching using Redis, Ignite, Redshift, or Elastic.
• Proficiency in NoSQL and distributed system design.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Experience with Confluent or MSK Kafka.
• RDS specialization.
