Description

Lead the design and development of cloud-native services to support AWS migration and business-critical application hosting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, resilient cloud solutions.
• Redesign legacy on-premises systems into modern cloud-based architectures.
• Define and implement best practices for reusable components and platform observability.
• Oversee development teams, coaching on best practices and technical delivery.
• Participate in Scrum/Kanban delivery models using Jira to manage stories, epics, and velocity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proficiency in C# and .NET Core with full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years of designing and developing with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, API Gateway, and NoSQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 10+ years of experience with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• 3+ years in a technical lead role overseeing development teams.
• Experience with messaging platforms (SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ) and streaming (Kafka).
• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis, Ignite, Redshift, or Elastic.
• Strong understanding of distributed/decoupled systems and AWS Well-Architected Frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Release Engineering, and Agile delivery.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications.
• Experience with Confluent/MSK Kafka or RDS specializations.
