Description

Lead the architecture and development of cloud-native services, migrating legacy on-premises systems to AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, resilient solutions using contemporary cloud-based architecture.
• Transform legacy on-premises systems into cloud-based architectures.
• Establish best practices for creating common, reusable components.
• Ensure platform observability through proper instrumentation of services.
• Deliver sprint releases within Scrum/Kanban models using Jira.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in C# or .NET Core with full-stack development expertise.
• 10+ years of experience working with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, RDS, API Gateway, and NoSQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience with messaging and streaming tools such as Kafka, SQS, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing development teams and coaching on best practices.
• Deep understanding of distributed, decoupled systems and AWS Well-Architected Frameworks.
• Practical experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD, Agile delivery, and Release Engineering.
• Experience with caching technologies like Redis, Ignite, Redshift, or Elastic.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Experience with Confluent/MSK Kafka or specialization in a specific RDS service.
