Description

Lead technical development and architectural design within an AWS ecosystem. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through hands-on technical guidance and coaching on best practices.
• Design and develop distributed, decoupled systems using AWS services and messaging platforms.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality software using DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Apply AWS Well-Architected Frameworks to ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Communicate technical solutions and architectural decisions to the wider organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proficiency in C# and .NET Core with full-stack development experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing with AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, and API Gateway.
• 10+ years of experience with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing development teams.
• Strong experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka, SQS, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with caching technologies like Redis, Ignite, or Redshift.
• Practical knowledge of NoSQL databases and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications.
• Experience with Confluent or MSK Kafka.
• Specialization in any RDS technology.
