Lead technical implementations for data services and cloud infrastructure on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build ETL pipelines using AWS Glue to extract data from APIs into S3 and RDS.
• Design and implement database models specifically for RDS and normalize complex JSON schemas.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for Glue and Lambda using CodeCommit and CodePipeline.
• Configure cloud infrastructure using CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Implement cloud data security and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Data services, including RDS, Lambda, and AWS Glue.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience extracting and visualizing data using S3 and QuickSight.
• Practical knowledge of AWS security services, including IAM, AWS Config, VPC, and Secrets Manager.
• Experience implementing CI/CD for serverless components like Lambda and Glue.
• Strong understanding of database and model design for RDS.
• Competency in working within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing data governance and data strategy on the cloud.
• Knowledge of reporting and serverless design patterns.
