Description

Lead technical direction and development for distributed systems on AWS. Own the release pipeline, ensure quality, and coach development teams on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable systems using AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, and API Gateway.
• Architect decoupled systems utilizing messaging platforms like SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies to support release engineering.
• Apply AWS Well-Architected Frameworks to all infrastructure and application designs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in C# or .NET Core with full-stack development proficiency.
• 10+ years of experience with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• 5+ years of experience designing with AWS services including RDS, Redshift, and S3.
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with NoSQL, caching (Redis, Ignite), and streaming (Kafka).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and decoupled architectures.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification.
• Experience with Confluent/MSK Kafka or specific RDS specializations.
