Description

Lead technical direction and oversee development teams to deliver high-quality distributed systems on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach development teams on best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Design and develop scalable distributed systems using AWS services including EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, and API Gateway.
• Architect decoupled systems utilizing messaging platforms and streaming services.
• Implement modern work practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, Agile, and Release Engineering.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align technical solutions with business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proficiency in C# and .NET Core with full-stack development experience.
• 10+ years of experience with RDBMS technologies such as MSSQL or Oracle.
• 5+ years of experience designing with AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, RDS, API Gateway).
• 5+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of experience with messaging and streaming tools like Kafka, SQS, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing development teams.
• Deep understanding of AWS Well-Architected Frameworks.
• Experience with NoSQL, caching (Redis, Ignite, Redshift, Elastic), and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification or specific RDS specialization.
• Experience with Confluent or MSK Kafka.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate technical solutions to the organization.
