Description

You will architect scalable client device infrastructure and endpoint management solutions for high-throughput research applications, bridging R&D and corporate IT.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and VDI/DaaS solutions for automated provisioning and remote high-compute access.
• Architect backup infrastructure and hardware lifecycle strategies for next-gen lab instrumentation.
• Configure Active Directory structures, GPOs, and security groups to enforce compliance and risk mitigation.
• Lead vendor oversight, ensuring SLA adherence and managing project scopes for device initiatives.
• Deploy monitoring tools like Nexthink for proactive environment healing and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in technical architecture and endpoint management.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Core Java, and J2EE ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices design patterns.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, including DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with UEM platforms such as KACE, SCCM, or Intune.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Background in hardware lifecycle evaluation and VDI/DaaS implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with specialized lab instrumentation and sensor integration.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for device security.
