Description

You will build enterprise-grade systems in AWS and manage the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provision and configure AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Partner with application teams to optimize deployment, configuration, and CI/CD strategies.
• Automate build, configuration management, and deployment processes.
• Support existing environments through software installation, patching, upgrades, security, and system monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for application, network, and connectivity issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with AWS services including VPC, EC2, Autoscaling, Load Balancers, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, EKS, ECR, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, including debugging containers within a cluster.
• Strong Linux system administration skills for managing and troubleshooting services.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Ant, and Maven.
• Ability to run and modify IaC scripts via Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of networking, routing, and connectivity concepts.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Salt, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Pulsar, or Nginx configurations.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or DynaTrace.
