Description

You will design, build, and maintain cloud-native Java applications and data pipelines on AWS, focusing on modernizing legacy systems and ensuring data integrity.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-level applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data lakes using AWS services and cloud-based tools.
• Write complex SQL queries, debug database performance issues, and validate data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement DevOps practices, automate testing, and conduct backend and data validation testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose modernization strategies, and refine solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework development.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services for building enterprise data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, RDBMS, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with ETL tools, data modeling, and cloud-based data ingestion.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and collaborative development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI or AWS QuickSight.
