Description
You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle and stability of AxiomSL application environments.
Responsibilities
- Stand up 3-tier AxiomSL applications within servers, coordinating with vendors for software installation and configuration alongside DBAs.
- Manage software migrations across Dev, QA, PAT, Production, and DR environments.
- Lead incident management, providing immediate response to production problems and conducting detailed root cause analysis.
- Monitor system performance and service levels to identify operational improvements and resolve strategic issues.
- Deploy manual code to production and manage implementation issues through to resolution.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or application management.
- Hands-on experience standing up and configuring 3-tier AxiomSL applications.
- Ability to migrate software through Dev, QA, PAT, and Production/DR environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex system dependencies.
- Experience with technical documentation, testing, and creating Change Requests (CRs).
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance on complex tasks.
- Proven ability to provide quick turnaround times on incident triage and investigation.
- Quality assurance and negotiation skills.
