Description
You will manage the installation, configuration, and end-to-end support of the AxioMSL 3-tier application environment.
Responsibilities
- Stand up AxioMSL 3-tier applications on servers and coordinate with vendors and DBAs for installation and configuration.
- Manage the migration of software across Dev, QA, PAT, Production, and DR environments.
- Lead incident management, including immediate response to production problems, triage, and detailed root cause analysis.
- Deploy manual code and changes to production environments while ensuring business service levels are met.
- Collaborate with project managers to handle technical topics, create change requests, assist with testing, and complete documentation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience standing up and configuring 3-tier applications.
- Proficiency in Triage and Case Analysis for incident resolution.
- Experience with Performance Engineering and system monitoring.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and testing support.
- Strong understanding of system timing and dependencies.
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance on complex tasks.

- Experience navigating organizational complexity and matrixed environments within a banking context.
