Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and end-to-end support of the AxioMSL 3-tier application environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Stand up AxioMSL 3-tier applications on servers and coordinate with vendors and DBAs for installation.
• Manage software migration across Dev, QA, PAT, Production, and DR environments.
• Lead incident management, including immediate response, triage, and detailed root cause analysis.
• Deploy manual code and changes to production environments while maintaining business service levels.
• Collaborate with project managers on technical topics, change requests, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience standing up and configuring 3-tier applications.
• Proficiency in Triage and Case Analysis for incident resolution.
• Experience with Performance Engineering and system monitoring.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and testing support.
• Strong understanding of system timing and dependencies.
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance on complex tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience navigating organizational complexity and matrixed environments within a banking context.
