Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure business service levels are met and environments are maintained.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and conduct root-cause analysis to resolve production program or system problems.
• Lead incident management, recovery efforts, and detailed root-cause investigations.
• Deploy manual code and changes to the production environment while managing implementation issues.
• Provide end-to-end technology support covering applications, networks, storage, and computers.
• Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues and identify operational improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in system monitoring or production support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex task resolution.
• Experience with incident management and service restoration.
• Ability to perform case analysis and technical investigations.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating across matrixed organizational areas.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex technical tasks.
• Knowledge of system dependencies, timing, and business functional workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing systems or workflows.
