Azure Active Directory Engineer

You will manage and support large-scale Azure AD and Active Directory environments for over 100,000 users across Commercial, Government, and on-premise clouds.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure AD, Entra ID, and Active Directory environments at scale.
• Configure and maintain Domain Certificate Services, Active Directory DNS, and Distributed File Services.
• Administer MFA, Conditional Access policies, and Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks and optimize directory services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication, access control, and directory synchronization issues.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT environments.
• Expertise in Azure AD, Entra ID, and Active Directory DNS.
• Experience with Active Directory Synchronization Services and Azure/Entra ID Connect.
• Proficiency with cloud-based directory services including ADFS, LDAP, and SAML/OAuth.
• Hands-on experience managing MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Knowledge of Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis for complex authentication and access control incidents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent qualifying experience).

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience managing and troubleshooting Azure AD/Active Directory within the last 3 years.
• 1 year of experience coordinating technical troubleshooting or security incident investigations in an enterprise environment.
