Description

You will manage on-premises and cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, ensuring security, availability, and operational efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IAM operations, identity lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, Leavers), authentication support, and system health checks.
• Develop and maintain identity security policies, scripts, and automation tools using PowerShell.
• Configure Federated Services, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and cloud application registrations.
• Design, deploy, and maintain identity controls across multiple cloud platforms.
• Collaborate on incident response and investigations to identify root causes and prevent security recurrence.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Domain Administrator with Active Directory and Azure (Entra ID).
• 3+ years of experience managing identity lifecycle processes.
• 3+ years of experience with PowerShell scripting for reporting and automation.
• Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow provisioning and administration.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM and Conjur key vault.
• Ability to perform tasks outside normal business hours, including weekends and on-call rotations.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of federation, SAML, OpenID, and OAuth.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, or Security+.
• Programming experience with Java, JavaScript, VBScript, or SOAP.
