Description

Manage Microsoft Azure Windows Server environments and Office 365 services. Administer compute, storage, networking, and PaaS services while maintaining Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure compute instances, backups, storage, and networking configurations.
• Develop and implement security baselines, hardening standards, and NSG/ASG rules.
• Optimize Azure buildouts for cost and performance using reserved instances and VM tuning.
• Execute Windows Server OS administration, software upgrades, and regular backup operations.
• Handle technical support tickets, documentation, and escalation support for Helpdesk staff.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Azure administration and Windows Server environments.
• Proficiency with Azure networking: vNets, subnets, private endpoints, DNS, and load balancers.
• Experience with Azure security tools including Cloud Defender and recovery services vaults.
• Hands-on Exchange Online administration, including transport rules, SPF, and encryption.
• Knowledge of Information Protection, Data Governance, and Compliance in Microsoft 365.
• Technical expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, DHCP, and FSMO.
• Experience managing MFA implementation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage litigation requests, email searches, and archive restorations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with certificate management and security patching.
