Description

You design, implement, and administer enterprise-scale AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune Generative AI models using Azure OpenAI and related frameworks.
• Develop AI workflows with Copilot Studio Agents, managing Agent-to-Agent communication and MCP Model Control Protocol.
• Implement and optimize core AI algorithms like XGBoost, Bayesian networks, and Random Forest for predictive analytics.
• Manage the end-to-end model lifecycle, including training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Enforce AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI principles across all solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and administration within the Azure ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, BERT, and Generative AI frameworks.
• Proficiency with AI core algorithms such as XGBoost, Bayesian models, and Random Forest.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, model versioning, and automated deployments in Azure.
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Knowledge of model evaluation techniques, bias detection, and ethical AI principles.
