Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and RAG-based applications using Azure AI Foundry and related tools.

Build, fine-tune, and integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise systems and data pipelines.

Implement evaluation frameworks to monitor model performance, accuracy, and reduce hallucinations.

Develop scalable AI infrastructure and automate workflows using best practices like CI/CD and version control.

Ensure adherence to Responsible AI standards, including security, privacy, and model governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions and continuously improve system performance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, or a related technical field.

8–10 years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML roles.

Strong expertise in Python, Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML), and frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel for building AI/LLM solutions.

Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines, AI agents, and scalable AI infrastructure with a focus on Responsible AI, governance, and model evaluation
