Description

You design and build autonomous AI agents and RAG pipelines using Azure AI Foundry.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents and RAG pipelines using Azure AI Foundry.
• Build, fine-tune, and integrate large language models with business applications, Copilot Studio, and data pipelines.
• Implement performance and evaluation tooling such as RAGAS or TruLens to assess grounding accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
• Develop scalable AI infrastructure and maintain reusable components using version control, observability, and CI/CD.
• Ensure security, privacy, and fairness in model outputs through Responsible AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering.
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or crewAI.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of LLMs and AI/ML engineering best practices.
• 2-5+ years of software or AI/ML engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
