Description

Design, build, and deploy AI agents and RAG-based applications on Azure AI Foundry, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune large language models and integrate them into scalable data pipelines.
• Build RAG pipelines and AI agents using LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Implement evaluation frameworks to monitor model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
• Automate workflows and manage infrastructure using CI/CD and version control.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI standards, including security and model governance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, specifically Azure OpenAI and Azure ML.
• Proven track record designing and deploying RAG architectures.
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, privacy, and model governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, or a related technical field.
