Description

Design and implement end-to-end Azure data architecture solutions covering ingestion, storage, processing, and analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Azure Data Architecture frameworks aligned with enterprise standards, governance, and security policies.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using Azure Data Factory and Synapse, including metadata ingestion and CI/CD automation.
• Provide architectural oversight across data integration, modeling, and analytics pipelines to ensure performance, cost efficiency, and compliance.
• Implement data security, privacy protection, and governance controls within all Azure environments.
• Create technical architecture documents, diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Cloud Analytics.
• Proven expertise with the Microsoft Azure analytics stack, including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, Data Lake, Data Factory, and Synapse Analytics.
• Strong background in data modeling, ETL design, and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB.
• Solid understanding of enterprise-scale cloud design, migration strategies, and technology governance.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft Well-Architected Framework (WAF) and Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure SQL Database.
