Description

Act as the subject-matter expert for API management within the Azure ecosystem, establishing processes and owning the lifecycle from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RESTful APIs connecting vendor-managed front-ends with client-managed back-ends.
• Configure Azure API Gateways, implementing policies for security and performance optimization.
• Set up API management solutions, including monitoring usage to identify and execute continuous improvements.
• Execute performance testing and propose enhancements to the API lifecycle.
• Ensure all applications meet ADA accessibility and WCAG 2.1 standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Azure API Management.
• 3+ years of experience developing RESTful APIs.
• 3+ years of experience with .NET application development and SQL Server databases.
• 5+ years of C# experience.
• Experience developing and scaling Azure API solutions from the ground up.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for deployments.
• Experience replacing, modernizing, or integrating with legacy systems.
• Proven ability to implement security-compliant API management solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.
