Description

Define and own integration architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns including pub/sub, retries, idempotency, and DLQ handling.
• Architect for high throughput, reliability, and fault tolerance in production-critical CRM systems.
• Lead root-cause analysis for complex production integration issues and drive stabilization initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, deployment strategies, and environment isolation.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Azure Service Bus (queues, topics, subscriptions, DLQ).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions / Azure Function Apps.
• Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, performance, and security design.
• Proficiency in error handling, logging, monitoring, and observability standards.
• 8+ years of experience with 5+ years designing Azure-based integration architectures.
• Experience supporting production-critical, large-scale CRM programs.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Azure API Management and Azure Logic App.
• Power Platform, D365 custom APIs or plugins.
• Exposure to iPaaS/middleware platforms such as Boomi and TOGAF.
