Description

Designs, implements, and operates secure, scalable Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code. You own the release pipeline, automation of monitoring workflows, and incident response for critical services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate Azure infrastructure using Bicep, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
• Deploy and maintain containerized workloads, managing scaling, upgrades, patching, and security hardening.
• Drive automation of monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows, including Day 2 operational tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotation for tier-3/4 support, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Produce technical assessments and documentation, aligning delivery models with Azure DevOps governance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Bicep and/or Terraform.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, .NET web apps, and Azure SQL Databases.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps tooling such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Experience designing and implementing secure Azure platform and application landing zones.
• Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization and capacity planning.
• Ability to troubleshoot production instances across development, QA, and production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
