job responsibilities include:
Analyze customer, inventory, and partner data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple applications and customer lifecycle datasets.
Aggregate, integrate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Build and maintain KPI frameworks, metrics definitions, and performance tracking models.
Perform trend, cohort, and scenario analysis to support forecasting, planning, and demand‑planning insights.
Translate business questions into clear analytical outputs, recommendations, and data stories.
Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, and usability.
Present insights using effective visualizations, storytelling, and executive‑level summaries.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience as a BI or Data Analyst.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure analytics platforms, including Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform for reporting and analytics.
Strong hands‑on experience with Python, PySpark, and PL/SQL.
Experience working with Cosmos DB and large, distributed datasets is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry / Data Science platforms preferred.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally
