You will analyze customer, inventory, and partner data to generate actionable insights that support business decisions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, metrics definitions, and performance tracking models.
• Perform trend, cohort, and scenario analysis to support forecasting and demand-planning insights.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, and usability.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience as a BI or Data Analyst.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure analytics platforms, including Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Platform for reporting and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and PL/SQL.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to translate business questions into clear analytical outputs and data stories.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Cosmos DB and large, distributed datasets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Foundry / Data Science platforms.
