Description

You will design, develop, and optimize end-to-end data solutions using Azure services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document business requirements to define data processes.
• Design low-level documents for parallel, batch, and sequence data jobs.
• Optimize existing systems by rewriting low-performance jobs and tuning queries.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including code deployment and unit testing.
• Support QA activities and ensure smooth production deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT development.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, including query optimization and indexing.
• Experience with performance tuning for complex data pipelines.
• Ability to handle data migration, including server backups and import/export operations.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, extracting data from Blob storage, flat files, and Oracle.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, specifically Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD).
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
