Description

Manage and support Azure Gov cloud environments and Windows server-side infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Azure Compute, Backup, Storage, VNet, Load Balancers, and RBAC.
• Manage Windows server roles including RDS, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, NLB, DFS, and Hyper-V.
• Design and implement Azure Site Recovery, AD FS, Express Route, and PowerShell automation.
• Diagnose infrastructure issues to identify root causes and provide resolutions or workarounds.
• Lead technical teams, manage program-level risks, and bridge communication between customers and staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud and system administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Gov cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Azure Administration and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Layer 3 networking, routing, and 3-tier architectures.
• Expertise in Windows server-side infrastructure on both Azure and physical servers.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change management.
• Azure Administration and Solution Architect certifications.
• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent IT field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working at an ISP, Managed Services, or IT Services company.
• Experience managing global and remote teams.
