Description

You will design and execute large-scale database migrations within the Azure ecosystem, specifically moving data from MarkLogic DB to Cosmos DB.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead database migration projects from MarkLogic DB to Azure Cosmos DB.
• Design and develop scalable database architectures and schemas.
• Implement data warehousing concepts and formal database designs.
• Write and maintain backend logic using Python.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in database architecture and design.
• Deep expertise with Azure Cosmos DB and its SDKs.
• Strong Python coding skills.
• Proven experience with NoSQL and SQL database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with MarkLogic DB to Cosmos DB migrations.
• Solid understanding of database design development and data warehousing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
