Description

You will design and lead technical architecture for cloud applications and IT modernization initiatives, ensuring security, cost, and compliance are balanced.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate application component placement and interactions to meet business requirements.
• Integrate cloud infrastructure with COTS packages, SaaS, web services, and external applications.
• Develop technical architectures to solve business problems and improve processes.
• Provide technical leadership to application development staff for maintainability and usability.
• Analyze technical requirements and recommend strategies to improve productivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Function Apps.
• Proven experience writing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficiency with .NET, HTML, XML, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP, REST, and PowerShell.
• Deep knowledge of web-based and client-server systems architecture.
• Ability to work with minimum direct supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience interfacing with program managers and oversight groups.
