Description

You will lead the rearchitecting of monolithic applications into microservices, leveraging Azure cloud infrastructure and Java development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions for green field environments and modernize brown field enterprise applications.
• Lead containerization efforts using Docker and orchestrate deployments via Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Architect and manage APIs using Azure API Management and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Develop microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring adherence to J2EE standards.
• Implement integration solutions using Kafka and Azure Event Grid.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience, including 5-7 years building cloud architecture with Azure and microservices.
• Deep expertise in Microservices architecture patterns, principles, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with MS Azure, specifically AKS, API Management, and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Java development with the Spring Boot framework.
• Strong understanding of J2EE technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of database systems and serverless computing.

• Experience in API design and management.
