Description

You will architect and build scalable data solutions using Azure and Microsoft Fabric.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Notebooks and Spark for ETL/ELT and real-time integration.
• Establish data governance frameworks using Microsoft Purview for lineage and compliance.
• Implement Delta Lake architecture, specifically the medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) pattern.
• Configure Synapse Analytics workspaces and implement OneLake storage strategies.
• Architect data integration patterns between systems using Azure Databricks/Spark and Microsoft Fabric.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience, including 6+ years in Azure Data Services and Data Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric services: OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Power BI for data engineering and analytics.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of performance tuning within Microsoft Fabric or Azure environments.
• Experience designing and implementing data flows within Microsoft Fabric.
• Skills in implementing security features like row-level security and data masking.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with migration patterns from platforms like Databricks/Spark to Microsoft Fabric.
