Description

You provide operational support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for payment systems hosted on Microsoft Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues for payment systems.
• Perform deployments and maintenance activities using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance reliability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 2–3 years with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and AKS.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting skills in Python and PowerShell.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for deployment.
• Strong understanding of payment systems (ACH, Wires, RTP, Zelle).
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
