Description

Manage and support Azure Cloud operations across RoW, 21v (China), and Dynamics Microsoft platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage compute resources and provide operational support and troubleshooting for application teams.
• Engineer and automate manual processes into self-service workflows.
• Consult with application teams to translate technical needs into architectural guidance.
• Perform FinOps management for the Dynamics platform.
• Participate in a mandatory on-call rotation including weekends and off-hours.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and associated Azure services.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, Python, YAML, and JSON.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Direct experience managing Azure services including SQL, CosmosDB, APIM, VMs, Service Bus, and App Services.
• Experience with App Registration and Enterprise App configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and observability using Dynatrace and Azure Application Insights.
• Strong foundation in Azure DevOps, agile methodology, and CI/CD principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform projects.
