Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct deep-dive discovery of existing on-premises or multi-cloud environments and identify dependencies to recommend the best migration path.
• Work with Architecture Teams to lead the technical migration of workloads using Azure Services for Migration.
• Ensure all migrated workloads adhere to security best practices, including Network Security Groups, Azure Firewall, and disk encryption.
• Perform post-migration right-sizing and cost analysis to ensure the cloud environment is efficient and cost-effective.
• Resolve complex technical blockers during the cutover phase to minimize business downtime.
• Execute end-to-end migration lifecycle from initial discovery and assessment to technical execution and post-migration optimization.
• Migrate complex, large-scale workloads including VMs, databases, and applications into Azure cloud environment.

Experience Required: 10+ years of experience with at least 2+ years specifically in Azure Cloud Migration. Hands-on experience in Application Migration from On-Prem to Azure Cloud required.

Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
