Description

You will lead the end-to-end migration of complex, large-scale workloads from on-premises or multi-cloud environments into Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive discovery of existing environments to identify dependencies and recommend optimal migration paths.
• Lead technical migration of VMs, databases, and applications using Azure services.
• Ensure migrated workloads adhere to security best practices, including NSGs, Azure Firewall, and disk encryption.
• Resolve complex technical blockers during the cutover phase to minimize business downtime.
• Perform post-migration right-sizing and cost analysis to ensure cloud efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years total experience, with 2+ years specifically in Azure Cloud Migration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Compute, Azure Storage, and Azure Networking.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Python for automation.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator or AZ-305 Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience with Azure Migrate, Azure Data Box, and Hub-and-Spoke networking.
• Knowledge of Network Security Groups, Azure Firewall, and cost optimization strategies.
