Description

You will manage and maintain critical cloud and on-premises systems to ensure operational stability and security.

Responsibilities

• Administer Azure services including VMs, App Services, and VNETs.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep and Azure DevOps.
• Maintain operating systems through patching, software upgrades, and backup/recovery processes.
• Configure and support network infrastructure, including connectivity between office locations and cloud resources.
• Perform root cause analysis for system issues using PRTG, Azure Monitor, and Azure Log Analytics.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an IT or cloud support role.
• Hands-on experience with Azure VMs and App Services.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and single sign-on authentication.
• Ability to manage server monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of data security measures, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with cloud service models such as IaaS and PaaS.
• Experience providing Tier 2 support to DevOps and Development teams.
