Description

Design, implement, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure for a financial services organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain highly available Microsoft Azure infrastructure for mission-critical applications.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Support cloud-native, containerized, and hybrid workloads across development and production environments.
• Ensure compliance with security, risk management, and regulatory standards (PCI-DSS, SOX, GLBA).
• Develop runbooks, architecture documentation, and disaster recovery solutions aligned with RPO/RTO objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience (Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity, Serverless).
• 3+ years of production experience with Terraform and Azure Bicep.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Azure CLI for automation.
• Extensive experience designing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Deep understanding of Azure Security and Governance (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, RBAC, Policy).
• Experience with container technologies including AKS, Container Apps, and Docker.
• Knowledge of hybrid networking (ExpressRoute, VPN, Private Endpoints) and monitoring tools (Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL).

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305).
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments (Financial Services, Banking).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical discipline.
