Description

You will provide day-to-day operational support for payment systems running on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions for payment infrastructure.
• Perform deployments and maintenance activities using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve reliability and performance.
• Maintain operational process documentation and provide on-call support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 2–3 years with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services: App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, AKS.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, Python, and PowerShell.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of payment systems (ACH, Wires, RTP, Zelle).
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
