Description

You will manage and scale Microsoft Azure infrastructure within a small engineering team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
• Handle all resource creation and modification through automation scripts to maintain repeatability and auditability.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and PowerShell.
• Execute and manage automated deployments via Azure DevOps pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in cloud operations or development roles.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of PaaS, serverless compute, and virtual networks.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Perl, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with automated deployments using Azure DevOps Pipelines, ARM, Bicep, GitHub Actions, AWS CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Working knowledge of Git or other version control software.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and KQL.
• Expertise in PowerShell Core, Bicep scripting, and Azure Monitor log analysis.
• Background in Network security, SQL Server administration, Windows server administration, or Redis.
