Description

Manage and maintain the OnBase application stack within Azure infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain OnBase components (Application Server, Web Client, Unity Client, Configuration Client) across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Perform OnBase upgrades, patching, and version management according to enterprise change processes.
• Configure Document Types, User Groups, Security Classes, and retention rules, and design OnBase Workflow solutions.
• Support large-scale content migrations, such as NetApp to Azure Files using AzCopy.
• Implement and maintain OnBase security roles, privileges, and access controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or cloud engineering.
• Experience deploying and managing OnBase components on Azure infrastructure, including Windows Server VMs, IIS, and SQL Server.
• Proficiency with SQL Server for configuration, backups, and basic query support.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs, Web Services, ODBC, or other protocols.
• Knowledge of IIS configuration and management.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and coordinating with infrastructure teams.
• Ability to document technical architecture and operational procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with enterprise change processes.
