Description

You will support the Operations & Maintenance team to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly maintenance on Windows and Linux servers and prepare monthly operational reports.
• Execute monthly IoC scans and vulnerability assessments, managing remediation for servers and Internet Hygiene Portal (IHP) sites.
• Monitor performance and optimize cloud resources using Azure Sentinel, Citrix VDI, and Commvault, investigating alerts via Kusto Query Language (KQL) in Azure Monitor.
• Deploy InSIGHT application components, including Genie agents, App Service UI, App Service API, and App Migrator.
• Manage Citrix component patching, Palo Alto PAN-OS upgrades, SSL/RDP certificate renewals, and VDI user onboarding.
• Administer PowerBI user permissions and Row-Level Security (RLS) using utility tools.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and audit documentation for compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud operations.
• Azure Administration.
• Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Palo Alto Firewall administration and networking.
• Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
• Kusto Query Language (KQL) for log analysis in Azure Monitor.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• SQL Administration and PowerBI.
• Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Active Directory, Imperva Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), and ElasticSearch/Kibana.
