Description

You will own the stability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure for the Operations & Maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly maintenance on Windows and Linux servers and generate operational reports.
• Execute IoC scans and vulnerability assessments, managing remediation for servers and Internet Hygiene Portal sites.
• Monitor performance and optimize cloud resources using Azure Sentinel, Citrix VDI, and Commvault.
• Investigate alerts via Kusto Query Language (KQL) in Azure Monitor and deploy InSIGHT application components.
• Manage Citrix patching, Palo Alto PAN-OS upgrades, SSL/RDP certificate renewals, and VDI user onboarding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud operations.
• Azure Administration and Azure Monitor.
• Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Palo Alto Firewall administration and networking.
• Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
• Kusto Query Language (KQL) for log analysis.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• SQL Administration and PowerBI.
• Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Active Directory, Imperva Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), and ElasticSearch/Kibana.
