Description

You manage the implementation of customer projects, ensuring technical leadership and accountability for availability, scalability, and disaster recovery. You own the automation and DevOps pipelines using cloud-native and agnostic tools, while configuring Azure monitoring for full observability. You perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and hardware/software evaluations to meet customer requirements. Additionally, you manage cloud configuration, policy, and security compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and accountability for customer project management and implementation.
• Implement well-architected best practices for availability, scalability, and disaster recovery in multi-cloud environments.
• Develop automation and DevOps pipelines using Azure Bicep, ARM, PowerShell, Blueprints, Lambda, Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
• Configure software-defined networking and integrate cloud-native marketplace tools such as Palo Alto and Fortinet.
• Set up Azure native monitoring to achieve comprehensive observability and perform root cause analysis for incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Azure, Azure Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell, and Blueprints.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools: Terraform, Ansible, and AWS Lambda.
• Strong scripting skills in Python for automation and tooling.
• Knowledge of software-defined networking and security appliances (Palo Alto, Fortinet).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with cloud configuration management, policy management, and security compliance.
• Ability to evaluate hardware/software requests and recommend solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud integration via OEM APIs and ServiceNow API integration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Event Management and IT service management best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams of three or more individuals.
