Description

You provide operational support and maintenance for payment systems hosted on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues for payment services.
• Perform deployments and maintenance using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance reliability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 2–3 years with Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and AKS.
• Strong understanding of payment systems including ACH, Wire, RTP, and Zelle.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
