Description

You will manage Azure services and support critical infrastructure within a rigorous change management environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams and architects to plan, implement, and maintain system solutions.
• Manage Exchange migrations to Exchange Online and oversee Windows Server upgrades from 2012 to 2022.
• Resolve incidents, changes, and project tasks within assigned SLAs using ITSM platforms.
• Perform server security audits, system backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor system performance, deliver statistics, and participate in PCI Compliance audits.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical work experience.
• Proven experience managing services in Azure.
• Experience managing Exchange migrations to Exchange Online.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for system administration.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SCCM.
• Extensive troubleshooting experience with Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, specifically change management.
• Experience working within large-scale companies with rigorous change processes.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and automation using Bash, Perl, or Python.
• Experience with Linux distributions including CentOS, Ubuntu, or Oracle XEN.
• Knowledge of Redhat Ansible Engine.
