Description

You will own the Azure cloud infrastructure, migration projects, and L2/L3 production support.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 on-call rotations and resolve critical outages as a technical liaison for clients and vendors.
• Execute cloud migration strategies for on-premises infrastructure, ensuring system integrity and security during transition.
• Configure and maintain Azure services, backups, and disaster recovery systems following security best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system issues and maintain accurate documentation of configurations and procedures.
• Support server operations including Linux/Windows patching, certificate management, and OS maintenance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud infrastructure and services.
• Hands-on expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes containerization technologies.
• Proven experience in cloud migration planning and execution.
• Production support and incident management experience at L2/L3 levels.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
