Description

Design, implement, and secure enterprise-scale Azure cloud environments and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions, including application portfolios and subscription planning.
• Implement and troubleshoot network security components such as Azure Firewall, WAF, Application Gateway, Front Door, and Traffic Manager.
• Manage centralized security policy via Azure Security Center and enforce Azure Policies.
• Lead cloud incident response, perform root cause analysis for security anomalies, and drive architectural improvements.

Required Skills

• Azure Solutions Architect Certification is required.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure networking and security components.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Policies, Virtual Networks, NSG/ASG, and routing.
• Deep expertise in Azure Private Link, Private Endpoints, and service endpoints.
• Experience configuring Azure Load Balancer, NAT, and VNet connectivity.
• Hands-on skill in implementing High Availability (Availability Sets, Zones, Proximity Placement Groups) and DR solutions.
• Technical proficiency in Azure App Services, Functions, WebJobs, and API services.
• Experience with database design and administration in Azure PaaS.
• Ability to automate infrastructure using ARM or Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in performance optimization and scalability for API-based applications.
